The parents or guardian are aware of the activity SUGAR KIDS, S.L.<\/p>

By accepting these conditions, SUGAR KIDS S.L. is authorized to represent and subscribe contracts with advertisers on behalf of the minor represented by the parents\/guardian.<\/p>

In order to provide those services it is necessary to have access to personal data, voice and images of the child represented by the parents\/guardian.<\/p>

The child is not regularly engaged in the business of model advertising.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

2) Agreements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t

FIRST.-
<\/strong>SUGAR KIDS, S.L. is authorized by the parents\/guardian to subscribe any contract with any individual or legal entity by the appropriate means and conditions, for the transfer of the image rights , voice and name for Spain and abroad (any country), of the minor represented by the parents\/guardian.<\/p>

SECOND .-
<\/strong>The parents\/guardian authorize the public display of the image, voice and name of the child, by any media or type of communication (e-mail, social media, etc..) without limitations of any kind, so SUGAR KIDS, S.L. can make the proper promotion of the minor.<\/p>

THIRD.-
<\/strong>SUGAR KIDS, S.L. cannot be responsible, but will take all precautions to ensure the security and integrity of personal data and the alteration, loss or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from the human action or by other means.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FOURTH.-<\/strong>
Under the Spanish Law 15\/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and the LSSICE 34\/2002 of July 11th of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the personal data will be included in an automated file, in order to manage the commitments resulting from them. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, the parents\/guardian must send a written communication to SUGAR KIDS, S.L. The cancellation of the data will not have retroactive effect.<\/p>

FIFTH.-<\/strong>
The parents\/guardian also authorize SUGAR KIDS, S.L. to subcontract the total or partial services provided. In any case, the SUGAR KIDS, S.L. will require the third party to comply with current legislation, in particular, the rules on data protection.<\/p>

SIXTH.-<\/b>
SUGAR KIDS will receive, in concept of compensation for representation services, an amount\u00a0equivalent to 20% of all the\u00a0gross amounts received by THE MODEL.\u00a0In addition,\u00a0in order to comply with Spanish taxation laws, talent gross rates are\u00a0subjected to a\u00a0withholding rate of 24%.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"elementor_theme","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-94","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\nterms and conditions -
